Materials :
- 1 package of BAŞAK Sponge Cakeflour.
- 4 eggs.
- ½ cup of oil.
- 1 lemon grates.
- ½ lemon juice.
For lemonade:
- ½ glass of water.
- 2 teaspoon sugar.
- ½ lemon juice.
For cream
- 1 package of BAŞAK Whipped topping.
- 1 glass of cold milk.
For decorating:
- 3 bananas
- 1 package of BAŞAK Jelly with Banana flavour.
Preparation:
- Beat 1 package of BAŞAK Sponge Cakeflour with eggs, oil, lemon juice and lemon grates with mixer for 6-7 min.Pour the dough to a round tray and bake in an oven at 170 C for 30-35 min.
- Pour lamonade prepared with above materials to hot cake.
- Prepare BAŞAK Whipped topping with 1 glass of cold milk and smear over Sponge cake that is cooled previously. Put the cake to refrigerator.
- Prepare jelly according to description and wait in room temperature about 1 hour.Slice bananas and put as row over cake.After settling a round mould over cake, pour jelly by spreading that is in more consistent form.Wait in refrigerator for 1-2 hours and serve after slicing.
