Materials:
- 1 package of BAŞAK Plain Cakeflour.
- 250 gr. soft margarine.
- 1 glass of sugar.
- 4 eggs.
- 1 glass of raisin.
- ½ glass of currant
- ½ glass of ground almond.
- ½ glass of ground walnut.
- ½ glass of sliced dried apricot.
- 1 lemon grate.
For decorating:
- ½ glass of whole almond.
Preparation:
- Mix 1 package BAŞAK Plain Cakeflour , eggs, sugar, margarine and all nuts. After adding lamon grate and cuontinue to mix.
- Pour dough into a round mould and bake in oven at 175-180 C for about 20 min. Take the cake from oven, put whole almonds over the cake and continue to bake for 40-45 min.
After baking serve cold.
