Materials:
- 250 gr. soft butter
- 1.5 glasses of sugar.
- 1 package BAŞAK Sugared vanillin
- 1 package BAŞAK Baking powder
- 4 eggs.
- 250 gr ground hazelnut.
- 2.5 glasses flour.
- 4 tablespoon. BAŞAK Powdered sugar.
Preparation:
- Beat soft butter, sugar and sugared vanillin until foaming occur. By adding eggs one by one
continue to mix .
- After adding hazelnuts, pour flour and baking powder slowly while beating.
- Pour the prepared dough to greased mould and bake in an oven that is in 175 C .
After baking, sprinkle powdered sugar over it and serve cold.
