Materials:
-1 package of BAŞAK Plain Cakeflour.
- 3 eggs.
- 1.5 glasses of sugar.
- 1 cup of tea.
- 150 gr. (5 tablespoon) margarine.
- ½ glass of ground walnut.
- 1 dessertspoon cinnamon.
Preparation:
- Beat eggs and sugar until forming creamy texture and add melted margarine and dark tea over it. Continue to mix after adding 1 paackage of BAŞAK Plain flour, ground walnut and cinnamon.
- Pour the prepared dough to a cake mould that is greased with margarine and bake it in an oven that is preheated to 160-170 C for 40-45 min. Serve cold.
