Materials:
- 250 gr. of margarine.
- 3 eggs ( 1 for white)
- 3 tablespoon yoghurt.
- 1 package of BAŞAK Plain Cake flour.
- 1 teaspoon salt.
- 150 gr. Kasher cheese.
- 250 gr white cheese.
- 1 glass of milk.
- Dill
Preparation:
- Knead 1 package of BAŞAK Plain Cake flour with soft margarine, 1 egg yolk, salt and yoghurt. Set aside dough 1-2 hours.Grate all cheese and mix with dill.
- Spread 2 / 3 of dough over pre-greased tart mould and pour cheese mix on it. Make long bands from remaining dough and set dough bands over cheese mix like lattice.
- Beat milk and 2 eggs , and pour between gaps of lattices.Wait tart about 20 min. and bake in oven at 170-180 C for 30-35 min.Serve as warm.
