Materials:
- 1 package of BAŞAK Choco Cakeflour.
- 4 eggs.
- 1.5 cup of oil.
- 1 cup of milk.
For cream:
- 2 glasses of powdered sugar.
- 1 glass of fresh orange juice.
- 1 tablespoon starch.
Preparation:
- Prepare Choco cake dough by using BAŞAK Choco Cakeflour, oil,eggs and milk. Pour into mould that a size of 26x28 cm.and bake in an oven at 165-170 C for 40-45 min.
- Melt powdered sugar and starch in orange juice and cook in low flame.After some thickening occur, pour over Choco cake that was cooled. Slice and serve as cold.
