Materials:
- 2 package of BAŞAK Whipped topping.
- 2 glasses of milk.
- 2 glasses of sugar.
- 500 gr.of strawberry
- 5 egg yolk.
Preparation:
- Sort and clean the strawberries. Crush in blender with sugar.Reserve 1/3 of sauce.
- Prepare whipped topping by using 2 package of BAŞAK Whipped topping and 2 glasses of milk.Beat egg yolk with mixer until foaming will occur and continue to beat with prepared whipped topping.After adding strawberry sauce into whipped topping mix thoroughly.
- Coat a deep and rectangular mould with strech folio and pour mix over it and put in refrigerator.
- Wait in refrigerator for 3-4 hours. After taking from refrigerator, turn the mould over a dish and take the folio out. Slice the dessert and pour strawberry sauce that is reserved previously.
