MASTIC DESSERT WITH COCOA

Materials:

- 1 package of BAŞAK “Sakızlı Muhallebi”
- 1 package of biscuit with cocoa
- 3.5 glasses of milk.
- 1 cup of ground hazelnut.

Preparation:

- Cook 1 package of BAŞAK “Sakızlı Muhallebi”according to description and after cooking mix with mixer for 5-6 min.
-Break the biscuits into small pieces and spread over a greasy paper. Pour prepared dessert as cool over paper and make roll.
- Wait the rolled dessert in refrigerator for 5-6 hours. Then put roll into dish , take the paper off and slice. Serve after adding ground hazelnuts.
