Materials:
1 package of BAªAK Rice Pudding
3.5 glasses of milk.
3 egg yolk.
Salt.
Preparation:
Cook 1 package BAªAK Rice Pudding with 3.5 glasses of milk to which some salt is added.
Beat 3 egg yolk in a bowl and pour small amount rice pudding to it before boiling then add that mix to rice pudding and continue to boil.
After rice pudding is prepared, pour it into heat – resistant bowls that may be glass or ceramic. Then cook the bowls in an oven that is preheated 200 C until surface of rice pudding will be brownish. Serve cold.
