Materials:
1 package of BAªAK Plain Cakeflour.
1 cup of oil.
250 gr. of margarine.
2 eggs.
Walnut
For sherbet:
2.5 glasses of sugar.
3.5 glasses of water.
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Preparation:
Mix 1 package of BAªAK Plain Cakeflour, oil, soft margarine and egg in a deep bowl and knead thoroughly. Take egg-sized pieces from dough and give round shape.
Arrange pieces in row into greased tray and flatten gently by pressing with finger. Smear egg yolk upper surfaces and put walnut pieces on them.
Bake in an oven at 170-180 C for 20-25 min.
In a different bowl prepare sherbet by boiling sugar and water.Add lemon juice on it and wait for cooling. Pour sherbet over pastries after taking from oven and serve cold.
