SWEET PASTRY WITH YOGHURT

Materials:

3 eggs.
1 glass of sugar.
1 glass of yoghurt.
½ glass of semolina.
1 glass of flour.
1 package BAŞAK Baking powder.
1 package BAŞAK Sugared vanillin.
Lemon grates
For sherbet
2 glasses of sugar.
2 glasses of water.
Juice of ½ lemon.
Preparation:

Beat egg with sugar. Add yoghurt, flour, baking powder, sugared vanillin and lemon grates to mix and continue to beat.
After greasing oven tray, pour dough to it and bake in oven that is in 160-170 C for 40-45 min.
For sherbet, boil sugar with water and add lemon juice.When it begins to thicker solution , pour it as hot over the pastry and serve cold.
